Early Foundations Academy is on Clyde Avenue in Moorebank, a quiet residential street a short way off Newbridge Road. We care for 60 children aged from birth to five years, Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm.
Being a 60 place centre matters more than it sounds. Our educators know every child by name, and most know the parents and grandparents too. When you walk in at pick up time, the person greeting you actually knows how your child’s day went, because they spent it with them.
A centre built for children, not converted for them
The building was purpose designed as an early learning centre. The babies in our nursery have their own separate outdoor area, so they can be outside in the fresh air without being in the path of running four year olds. The bigger kids have a climbing frame, balance logs, a sandpit, a mud kitchen and garden beds they help look after. Lunch is cooked fresh every day in our own kitchen.
From first steps to first day of school
Children can start with us as babies and stay right through to the year before school. Our program follows the Early Years Learning Framework, and our School Readiness Program prepares the older children for kindergarten at local schools. We hold a Meeting NQS rating across all seven quality areas of the National Quality Standard, which you can verify on the ACECQA national register.
