Starting a baby in care
A lot of the enquiries we get from Chipping Norton are from parents going back to work after their first baby. It’s a big step, and we don’t rush it. Before your baby starts, you can visit as often as you like. Our nursery runs on your baby’s routine, not ours, so sleeps, bottles and solids follow what you do at home. The nursery has its own dedicated outdoor space, separate from the older children.
During the day you’ll get photos and updates through our parent app, which most new parents check more than they expect to.
What the day looks like
We’re a 60 place centre, open 7am to 6pm on weekdays, caring for children from birth to five. Meals are cooked fresh on site each day. The outdoor areas have a sandpit, mud kitchen, climbing frame and garden beds. The program follows the Early Years Learning Framework, and children moving towards school join our School Readiness Program.
We hold a Meeting NQS rating in all seven quality areas of the National Quality Standard.
Getting here from Chipping Norton
Come across Newbridge Road towards Moorebank and turn onto Clyde Avenue. You can be back over the bridge and on your way in minutes. Some of our families do the drop off by bike or pram in the warmer months.
