Centre Manager
Tamara
Hi, I’m Tamara! Centre Manager at Early Foundations Academy. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector since 2013 and have been fortunate to experience a variety of roles throughout my career, all of which have helped me learn and grow as both an Educator and a Leader.
One of the things I love most about my role is building genuine, meaningful relationships with our families and being part of their child’s early learning journey. I truly value the trust families place in us and love getting to know each child and their family personally. Working alongside our incredible team to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued, supported and part of our community is something I am incredibly passionate about.
Assistant Centre Manager & Educational Leader

Hi, I’m Bella! Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader at Early Foundations Academy. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector since 2017. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across a variety of roles, including Room Assistant, Room Leader, Educational Leader, 2IC and Acting Centre Manager.
These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of early childhood education from different perspectives and have strengthened my passion for supporting children, families and educators. I particularly enjoy mentoring and working alongside educators to create meaningful learning experiences and a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected and supported.
